| why Brighton? | The place where being lesbian can be lived in peace of mind. But I wonder: where are the other fem lesbies ?? We don't see so many of them, there. Or so it seems. The Marlborough and Princess Victoria pub The Marlborough's got a very warm, friendly atmosphere. Great Staff, too. Only "matter": a rather butchy pub. Often are fem women mistaken for straight, there, for "not fitting" into the "lesbie stereotype". So, butch girls have invaded the place... The Princess Vistoria. A great venue, too. Lovely, warm greeting staff. A good place for a friendly chat. If you're aware of other places where fem lesbies meet, let me know !! |

Candy Bar, Revenge... Babylon Lounge... Candy Bar is a lovely place. It's young in age; rarely will you see older women. The staff are lovely. The Revenge club still runs the "Girlsontop". But I'm getting disappointed: a "ladiz night" do they say ?? There're more & more straight men & straight couples... The Babylon Lounge seems to be running one of the now unique and real "Women Only Disco Nights", & where it's possible to meet some other fem lesbies Yeahh !!!! |
