Bar Concessions at Pride in Brighton & Hove

The Preston Park element of the Pride in Brighton & Hove summer festival 2007 will take place on Saturday 2nd August 2008. Declarations of interest are sought from parties wishing to be considered to operate one of the smaller bar concessions within the festival site.

Should you be interested in securing one or more bar concessions, please send written confirmation containing the following information:

• Your Organisation
• Your position within that organisation
• Contact address
• Contact telephone number(s)
• Contact email
• Details of your previous experience running a bar concession

The timing of the process will be:
Closing date is Friday 14th March 2008
Invitations to tender will be sent to interested parties by Thursday 20th March 2008
Closing dates for tenders is Thursday 3rd April 2008
Notification of acceptance of tenders and issue of agreements by Thursday 10th April 2008
