London's LGBT swimming club, Out to Swim London, has diversified and has now launched a new club based on the South Coast.
Each session consists of a workout programme, with lanes set out for different ability swimmers. The club welcomes swimmers who can swim for an hour (the length of each session) and who are capable of at least two different strokes.
The club is also promising to organise some open water swimming for those with a taste for the salty sea!
Sessions are as follows:
Mondays: 20:00 - 21:00 at Wadurs Pool, Shoreham
Wednesdays: 20:30 - 21:30 at Prince Regent Pool, Brighton
Saturdays: 17:00 -18:00 at Roedean School
Sessions cost £4 and plus an annual membership fee of £20.
You'll need to arrive 15 minutes before the start time as the workouts always begin promptly. You'll find parking in Homebase for the Wadurs Pool, and parking at the Roedean venue too.
