Out To Swim Session @ Prince Regent Swimming Pool, Brighton

Swim training session for the LGBT community. Each session consists of a workout programme, with lanes set out for different ability swimmers. The club welcomes swimmers who can swim for an hour (the length of each session) and who are capable of at least two different strokes.
