Brighton's best...

Revenge
If Brighton is widely regarded as the gay capital of the UK, then Revenge is its Big Gay Cathedral. A whopping two floors of a club, giving you a choice of music music, decor and people. And with both floors being so big you can stand and chat by the bar without having to scream at each other over the music. Sitting in the windows upstairs you can while away your time looking out over the Pier or turn inwards and oogle at the diverse clientele that frequent the club. All age-ranges, all shapes & sizes... all welcome.
Of particular note are their weekend nights - especially Lollipop vs Kinky Dangerous on Fridays, which brings together two Brighton favourites. A healthy mix of regulars and out-of-towners enjoying the chart, cheese and funky house! Revenge has a top sound system as well as great lighting (they've just added lasers to their rig) and an absolutely unique directional air-conditioning wall (I won't bother trying to explain - go and see for yourself!). Over the years Revenge must have been the first gay club that many thousands of aspiring homosexuals have visited... Late-night bar to go for a chat, pumping club to go for a dance, or just somewhere that you feel relaxed enough to party until the wee hours. From cheap drink promotions to charity benefits... from big-voiced divas to big-packaged strippers... With a great range of camp madness throughout the week there's more than a little something for everyone! as recommended by...
