The Pink Pavilion, or Pink Pav as its affectionately known, is a luxury boutique guest house situated in the very heart of the gay and lesbian action in Brighton and obviously very handy for the business and shopping districts and main attractions in the city as well. Just a few steps from Brighton's seafront and pier, this small but perfectly formed place to stay offers rooms for every budget - although we have to say that the rates for all rooms are extremely competitive.

If you're in the market for something a little special, then the Luxury Double Suites are probably just what you're looking for with sumptuous décor, fabulous claw-foot baths, fluffy white towels and crisp bedlinen. The standard rooms would probably normally be described as luxury in their own right in many other hostelries and the cheeky little no-frills compact pod rooms are spic and span and a great choice for you if you're looking for somewhere just to rest your head.

Although it's only B and not B&B (you won't need to ricochet down the stairs at an ungodly hour to get breakfast in time), there are plenty of well-priced cafés and restaurants nearby to satisfy any urge you may have for a full-English.

A great choice for anyone looking for somewhere lovely to stay without putting a huge dent in the wallet. There are some cracking deals too for those guests wishing to stay a week or more - so perfect for business and leisure!
