"Come and join the Chorus! We're a great bunch of guys who love to sing their hearts out every Monday night and have fun doing it. We perform in full on concerts, for gay weddings, in pubs - in fact, anywhere they'll let us! We have some amazingly talented professionals working with us but you don't have to be Pavarotti to join in - just enthusiastic and willing to share your voice with the world.
Recent escapades include: the In The Mood show (reviewed here and in the Guardian); being recorded for Radio 4; our first civil partnership earlier in 06; our first birthday party in October 06 - now that was someting to sing home about!"

Amsterdam Hotel
Occupying a prime position on Brighton's seafront, overlooking Brighton Pier (for the unaware, that’s the Pier that’s still standing!), The Amsterdam Bar & Bistro is in the heart of Brighton's vibrant gay scene. Part of a Hotel, Bar and Sauna Complex, the Amsterdam also features the a fabulous terrace area, a natural place to congregate the minute the sun peeks through the clouds. During the summer, this is the place to see and be seen with topless sunbathers sipping long, tall glasses of something cooling and usually alcoholic. Whatever the weather, the bar offers a range of draught beers and all the usual drinks with regular special promotions and a cocktail list that also begs to be explored. The friendly barstaff are on hand to recommend and keep you generally amused!
There's often entertainment thrown in during the evenings – check out our listings for details!
The pristine kitchens, a fairly recent addition to the complex, offer a varied menu through the day and into the early evening with a choice of dishes ranging from picky, snacky to the full works.
Upstairs is Amsterdam Hotel, one of Brighton's premier gay and lesbian establishments and downstairs you'll find Amsterdam Sauna.
