Hold This Date for Brighton Pride 2012!

A number of members of Brighton's LGBT community are working to ensure that the high profile collapse of the Pride in Brighton & Hove organisation doesn't spell the end for Brighton Pride.
It is envisaged that the parade, the event on Preston Park and the street party will return this year, but details at this stage are yet to be confirmed. The message is very much "Hold This Date" for Brighton Pride 2012. The date for this year's festivities has been set as Saturday 1st September - a month later than Brighton Pride's traditional early August weekend.

Brighton Pride 2012 @ Preston Park, Brighton This year's event is later than usual due to London 2012, but still promises the annual Parade, Preston Park ticketed festival on the Saturday and the Pride Street Party over the weekend.
