Office Manager

£19,117 per annum pro rata 30 hours per week (occasional evening and weekend work will be required).

Working closely with the director, trustees and other staff you will be responsible for the efficient day to day management of the Pride office in central Brighton, all related administration including IT as well as supporting Pride's community development and engagement activities ensuring the diversity of the LGBT community underpins all activities. Through a good working knowledge of IT you will maintain and develop the Pride website.

Freelance Book Keeper / Finance Officer

Contract - to be based on approximately 18 - 24 days per year. Working closely with the director, trustees and other staff you will be responsible for book-keeping, day to day financial tasks and the preparation of financial statistics and performance reports.
