NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Pride (South East) Ltd will be held at the Hilton Metropole Hotel Kings Road Brighton East Sussex at 7.30pm on 09th March 2005 to transact the following business.

The purpose of this meeting is to receive and consider the accounts for the year ended 31st October 2004 for Pride (South East) Ltd. These accounts can be viewed on www.brightonpride.org from this date. Hard copies of this document can be collected from the Pride office at 6 Bartholomews Brighton East Sussex BN1 1HG. Requests for hard copy need to be in writing and proof of membership given upon collection.

In addition to the formal matters of the meeting a number of presentations are planned to update the membership on current activities.

EGM AGENDA

1. Accounts. To receive and consider the accounts for the year ended 31st October 2004.

2. Governance. To receive a report on committee arrangements.

3. Annual General Meeting. To agree the date for the next Annual General Meeting

4. Any Other Business. To deal with any matters raised at the meeting.

The following presentations will be given at the conclusion of the formal matters of the EGM.
