We are now inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced organisations to operate the bars at the Pride Summer Festivals in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

The contract for the bars will be a 3 year contract from 2009-2011, with the option of a one year extension to include the 2012 event. It will be tendered as two packages, each package will comprise of up to four bar concessions containing a mix of larger and smaller bar outlets at Preston Park. Contractors may tender for one or both packages. Tenders will be invited on the basis of a fixed annual fee, with staged advance payments required, and a percentage of turnover.

Organisations wishing to tender for the bars contract should send written confirmation containing the following information on a maximum of two sides of A4:

• Your organisation name and trading status
• Summary of relevant experience for this contract
• The name and title of a contact person for your organisation
• Contact address, telephone number(s) and email
• Brief additional information about your organisation that you think may be of interest

Plus:

• Your organisation's accounts for the past 3 years.
• A copy of your organisation's equality/diversity policy

Please note that expressions of interest that do not contain the above required information will not be considered. Invitations to tender will be issued to a selected shortlist of tenderers by September 12^th 2008.
