Brighton Pride : news
Have Your Say and Help Shape Pride in Brighton & Hove
Monday, 6th September 10
Pride in Brighton & Hove is asking everyone who was involved in Pride 2010, from creating an event, float or tent through to attending the Parade and Main Park event to send in their feedback.
Your feedback will then create an agenda for a feedback meeting to be held towards the end of September. Everyone who submits their feedback will be invited to the meeting (no feedback, no invite!) so please take a few minutes and tell us what you think, what you like, what to keep, what you didn’t like and what could be changed – You really will make a difference.
Pride in Brighton & Hove, is committed to a fundamental review of what it does and how. As part of this process, we want to hear what you think to the following eight questions:
- Which parts of Pride in Brighton & Hove 2010 did you take part in?
- What did you enjoy the most?
- What did you enjoy the least?
- If you could change one thing what would they be?
- Was anything missing on the day?
- Pride raises money all year round and on the big day itself had 90 bucket collectors along the parade route and at the park. How would you suggest Pride raises money around the main event?
- Any other feedback/suggestions to improve Pride 2011?
- Pride is looking to move the 2011 event, due to a clash with the brand new Albion Stadium opening match, what date would you suggest – Saturday 13th August, Saturday 20th August, Saturday 27th August or Saturday 3rd September?
Email your feedback to the questions above to or post them to Pride in Brighton & Hove, 6 Bartholomews, Brighton, BN1 1HG and remember to include your name and email address or a contact telephone number so we can invite you to the feedback meeting.
All feedback to arrive at the Pride office by Friday 17th September 2010.
