"Come and join the Chorus! We're a great bunch of guys who love to sing their hearts out every Monday night and have fun doing it. We perform in full on concerts, for gay weddings, in pubs - in fact, anywhere they'll let us! We have some amazingly talented professionals working with us but you don't have to be Pavarotti to join in - just enthusiastic and willing to share your voice with the world.
Recent escapades include: the In The Mood show (reviewed here and in the Guardian); being recorded for Radio 4; our first civil partnership earlier in 06; our first birthday party in October 06 - now that was someting to sing home about!"

Lola Lasagne
The award-winning Lola Lasagne has long been a favourite cabaret performer in London and Brighton. Although it's obviously a drag queen's prerogative not to reveal specifics - let's just say it has been more than a decade and less than a lifetime!
Starting out at a number of amateur drag nights in some of London's most colourful entertainment venues, Lola's first professional performances were as a mime act - but this didn't last long. Lola discovered her voice during a performance with the legendary Adrella at The Vauxhall Tavern - the springboard for many a circuit star. Since then, Lola has worked alongside many of the gay cabaret circuit's greats: Lily Savage, HIH Regina Fong, Phil Starr, Dockyard Doris, Maisie Trollette, Ceri Dupree, Katrina and the Boy, Topping & Butch and Dave Lynn.
In addition to 'following the sequin trail', Lola is also remembered for her stint on Channel Four's The Big Breakfast, where soap gossip was shared with viewers over a cup of coffee with a dash of acid. Other television appearances include a spate with Anne Robinson on The Weakest Link and as a show compere on the ground-breaking Faking It. Lola has also appeared overseas at residencies at The Officer's Club in South Africa and at venues in Dublin, Ibiza and Gran Canaria. Recent theatre appearances include L'Homosexual, part of the 2005 London Pride Theatre Season, and the Alternative Panto, Dick Whittington, in Brighton.
Lola Lasagne's shows are well-known for ascerbic wit, the killer gag, the well-crafted put down and the brilliantly sung show-stopper. Stephen, the man behind the makeup is also known for his self- confessed perfectionism, which is why his organisational skills have been utilised to great effect at a number of high-profile events - not least of which is the Brighton Pride Cabaret Tent, the largest of it's kind in the UK. Gala Shows like the Phil Starr Tribute Show in early 2006 at Brighton's Dome Concert Hall and the Golden Handbag Awards Show for the last few years have been triumphs due, in no small part, to Stephen's contribution. All of these shows and many other events are for charity and Stephen and Lola give so much of their time so generously.
Lola truly is a show girl!
