Pho

What is Pho? Well… it's Vietnam's national dish for a start, but it also happens to be the name of Brighton's first Vietnamese street food restaurant right in the heart of the Lanes.

Started by husband and wife team Stephen and Juliette Wall, Pho has been serving up a specialist, quality menu of authentic cuisine in London since 1995 and now has three very successful restaurants in the capital. It was a natural progression for them to open their next venue down here in bohemian Brighton.

The specialist dish, pho, is a delicious, nutritious noodle soup, but the restaurant also serves plenty of other Vietnamese food, specialist coffees (you haven't tasted coffee until you've tried a weasel!), beers and fresh juices. The atmosphere is contemporary and casual and Pho ingredients are either from local suppliers or imported from Vientnam!
