Pride Wise!

Believe it or not, but Pride is fast approaching and the time flies by faster and faster from here on in.

For those of you who would like to be involved this year (and we recommend that you get yourself stuck in), be it in the parade, in a park or in the run up to the event, then help is at hand.

Pride will be sharing information from experienced people who have been involved in Prides past who can help with information on workshops and grant funding, how to get a stall in the park, running pride fundraising events and general guidance on all aspects of the summer event.

Anyone interested in being involved in Pride 2007 should please come along to the meeting on Wednesday 28th February from 6pm at Friends Meeting House in Ship Street. Similarly, Pride is also welcoming those who have handy tips and advice to pass on from previous experience.

If you can't make it, but can lend a little advice, then please email so that your wisdom can be shared at the event.
