Say g'bye Dan... G'bye Dan!...
review After two years of pulling pints and strutting his hotpants and oiled-up torso behind the Queen's Arms bar, Dan is calling it a day. Well... He would be calling it a day if he wasn't welling up on stage when Andy gave him his farewell bottle of Champagne and told him how much everyone'd miss him.But as you know, it aint over till the fat lady sings (I'll leave you to make your own joke at this point), and there's no sign of any fat ladies for the moment. Dan'll be making irregular appearances behind the bar over the coming months - and if you ask very nicely he'll let you take a photo of his bum. It's rather a good bum too, as it goes... With Andy B on the decks and a gaggle of gorgeous barstaff to keep your glasses topped up, the QA is a firm favourite and continues to be one of the cosiest pubs in town. I'm never drinking again.
