Boogaloo's Great Big Open House...
review As the fun at the park died down it was luckily just a few short steps to Boogaloo Stu's Big Open House Party. Continuing the revellery downstairs was Indie icon Dynamite Sal, whilst upstairs it was musical chaos with DJ Frump and kitsch Pop Pioneers the Dolly Deluxe duo.It was no wonder the night's publicity came with a warning! Boogaloo Stu treated us to several songs from his forthcoming album, whilst the Sparklemotion pink ladies of pop dance troupe gyrated to Stu's sweet voice; Dolly Rocket made her usual boobtastic entrance and Princess Knickers, as ever, getting brazenly naked and wafting her ladygarden around for all to see. Luckily as the venue packed out I found one of the biggest beer gardens in town to grab some air! Phew! Keep an eye on the REALBrighton listings for more of all of these characters.
