Majesty Number One...
review
The anticipation’s been unbearable! For what seems like a royal eternity we’ve been waiting for Majesty, the new monthly Saturday nighter at Envy! As you’ve come to expect, REALBrighton was there to catch some of the opening night action.
This new night of vocal house, fun and frolics is presented to us by the regal Queen Josephine, with a helping hand from the monarchical Kate Wildblood. The ladies pulled out all the stops to make the opening night one to remember! And boy, did we have a blast! With Queen Jo on the decks and a bunch of Corgi’s guarding the DJ box, Envy has lucked out again with another fabulous night.
There is a lot of competition for a piece of the crowd on a Saturday night in Brighton. And Queen Jo pulled in her fair share! When it came to the end of the night, in true Queen style, Jo dropped Bohemian Rhapsody and the crowd went mental! An unforgettable climax to the night!
Keep up the fantastic work Jo! We can’t wait to see what you throw at us next month!

Popular with both the boys and the girls (can one DJ have more groupies?), she has residencies at Mad Cow, Passion, Envy, Wet Pussy, Decent, Bring It On, Shameless Hussies and the Candy Bar. A girl that is rapidly gaining the respect of her deck-mates and the adoration of her crowds!
