review As old age and senility take a step closer, what better city to spend my last teenage birthday than Manchester. And what better street than Canal Street! Being greedy I wanted to fit in as much as could...Lunch in town, followed by shots at the funky Baa Bar, then drinks at Baa Bar with a final bar stop at the plush AXM Bar and as a grand finale, Essential. Three floors of highly charged music, dancers, drinks and complete madness. Superbly planned out bars and clubs, with an intricate attention to detail with lavish décor, brilliant music and fantastic lighting rigs.
