Majesty...
review
The word on the street is that HRH Queen Josephine is currently reigning over Brighton. Us humble servants from REALBrighton were there once again to bow in her presence.
This was our second Royal visit to Majesty, the new outrageous once a month night at The Club at Charles Street (formally Envy). A night that is graciously presented to us by the delectable Queen Josephine, and the sensation that is Kate Wildblood.
It’s getting chilly outside but inside Majesty is gaining the momentum of a snowball out of control! If the night carries on growing like this it will soon be a serious contender with the big Saturday nighters. The first time we visited this event it was great. This time, it was a blast! The place was heaving, the drinks were flowing, and Queen Jo was spinning some absolutely blinding vocal house for everyone to rock along to!
Queen Jo, keep doing your thing! We love your creation and can’t wait till January!

Charles Street Club has been serving up a huge dollop of different club nights since it hit the Brighton Club Scene over five years ago in it's former guise as Pool and then Envy. From those cheeky drinks promo nights where many a memory has faltered, to big name clubs through to innovative in-house clubbing, there has been something to tempt all tastes in revelry. Popular with both the boys and the girls (can one DJ have more groupies?), she has residencies at Mad Cow, Passion, Envy, Wet Pussy, Decent, Bring It On, Shameless Hussies and the Candy Bar. A girl that is rapidly gaining the respect of her deck-mates and the adoration of her crowds!
