Divas, lots of Divas, and lots of outfits too, and even a lesbian or two thrown in for good measure.

Just Divas are a refreshing act that achieve a lot more than I think even they realise. As far as the act itself goes, its a splash of the original with a dash of Las Vegas show girl and a great big dollop of lip synch. A simple enough idea - its not too challenging but in all honesty I was caught quite off guard... its strangely enjoyable!

The delectable Chelsea and the cheeky Ali effortlessly spray on the slap, grab some of the best outfits the Brighton stages have seen in some time (not mentioning any of the famous names that are convinced the fashion calendar has but one season in every ten years, although if you're reading this Coldplay's Chris - get a new jumper love, that black number's going to turn grey if you wash it again...) and sing-a-longa-trashy-poppa to a host of Disco classics and even the odd ballad.

It was a veritable Live8 with appearances from Madonna, Annie Lennox, guest starring the cast of Greece (well two of them) and a stunning performance from Diana Ross (although I'm sure the real Diana's breasts didn't play quite as big a role in the original performance).

It's not big, it's not clever, and at the end of the day that's why it's so great. This act don't take themselves too seriously and in my opinion that gives them an edge. The crowd loved it, we loved it and you will too. Keep your eyes peeled for Just Divas. Not too wide mind, else Diana will have one of them out - be warned.
