Jazz on a Pride Sunday...
review
There's little that can be better on a Sunday afternoon than to settle down with friends for a catch-up, a line-up of live jazz and maybe even the odd game of giant Jenga or cherades! The PV offers all that and to make this particular Sunday feel even better, it was all in aid of Winter Pride. I arrived to the talented Matty Eeles singing a wonderful rendition of Lonesome Pine - Laurel & Hardy would have been proud! The rest of the afternoon's fabulous acts were Hanna & The Fingers of Filth, The Conversation Killers and Indigo. Buckets were shaken, money was given on each pint bought and everyone was happy!
