Happy Birthday, dear Fountain!...
review
Christmas comes but once a year, so it's just as well there are birthdays in between. As good an excuse as any for a little drink or two...
We very much enjoyed helping the Fountain to celebrate their 3rd birthday. As hard as it is to believe that they're three already, they certainly know how to throw a party...
During the afternoon, some very smartly dressed well-wishers turned out to mark the occasion with an air of sophistication. Then we arrived, and brought the tone back down a notch or two as the party got into full swing.
Several lemonades later, we were treated to a superb show from Lola, some presentations and the cutting of the cake before everyone went a bit mad on the dancefloor. At least that's how I remember it. To be honest, things are a little hazy...
All I know is that from the condition of my poor head in the morning, it must've been a very good night.
