Pride Companion Dog Show...
review
Pride did it again with the third annual Pride Companion Dog Show, attracting some five to six hundred spectators and competitors. 191 dogs entered into the competition for the pedigree and novelty classes - with such coveted titles as Prettiest Bitch and Waggiest Tail!
The sun broke through the clouds and the rain held off as spectators set up deckchairs and picnics to enjoy what was quite a village fete atmosphere with lots of smiles and rosettes.
Thanks for Denes, PETS, Pauul Gay, Ian Chessum, Matt at Arena for the sound and Marc Abraham who compered and gave us a veritable encylopedia of interesting doggie facts (!) and all of the amazing volunteers for helping to make this such a great afternoon treat! Thanks also to PJ for being at the helm.
The event raised just over £1350 for Pride!
