Pride Weekend : R-Bar...
review
Saturday night and the atmosphere in R-Bar is electric. People are sprawled around the upstairs bar, drinking and chatting about their days. We joined them and took a few photos along the way...
Sunday afternoon saw a massive cabaret spectacular with a line-up with a distinctly local flavour. When we popped by, the lovely Courtney King was in mid-madcap flow!
Andy writes: After spending New Year in R-Bar and having a wicked night I knew they wouldn’t disappoint over Pride. The slogan ‘carry on drinking’ was taken very literally by most and as the bar was open all weekend, I’m sure some of you carried on drinking well into the beginning of the week! Roll on the Tuesday hangovers!

Just a stone's throw from the pier and right in the middle of it all, R-Bar is a spacious, relaxing place to meet at any time of day, with plenty of opportunity for people-watching. Recently taken over by Revenge, it is perfectly placed for pre-club drinking. The next R-Bar date for your diary:
