Not one club, but three. All for the price of one ticket. Not quite three for a pound, but you can't say fairer than that.
Down in the basement, Salvation was pounding away to a writhing mass of gorgeous sweaty bodies (pecs are sooo 'in' apparently - I'll have to see if I can get some at H&M).
Having never been to the London venue, I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but it wasn't nearly as thumpy-thumpy as i thought - and the place had a really good atmosphere about it... everyone was so friendly!
The VIP room, high up on the top floor, had the ever-funky Coco Latte and some chilled music to help us get over the not entirely unpleasant hot hot hot atmosphere below.
Smooth tracks, the DJ in the middle (where you could actually see them) and 'wipe-clean' beds to lounge around on were all offered. All we needed now was a lovely woman to come round and bring us drinks... ta-da!
The middle floor was given over to Firmed-Up - great music, but initially I think the crowd had been tired out on the other floors so were perhaps feeling a little subdued. Fortunately this didn't last long, and there were soon wall-to-wall hips being shaken all over the place.
Bouncy chart-type tunes ruled here (think Boogaloo without the electro) - perfect for burning off all those vodka and limes.
