When considering the Bulldog, then perhaps feathers, sequins, high heels and hair isn't what immediately springs to mind. However, tonight was a night out of the ordinary. Seven contestants, dressed up to the nines, were vying for the title of Miss Bulldog 2006. However, this season's look appeared to have been inspired by Jill Gasgoigne, circa The Gentle Touch with inspiration also drawn from Tales of the Unexpected : The Early Years, I think it would probably be more appropriate and polite to rename Ms Bulldog 2006 - it was definitely Madame rather than Mademoiselle tonight.

Unfortunately, as to the names of the contestants, my memory fades somewhate after Anastasia Beaverhausen, so we're unable to give you the name of the winner - although the lady in question was a vision in white haute coutoure, apparently borred from a friend's mother. Editing and processing this story has also set my hard-drive into a whirl, so you must forgive me the delay in getting this story up on the site!

An enjoyable night by all, hosted by the lovely Dale - or should that be Gail - I think I might even enter next year...

It was such a great night. The contestants were beautiful and Suzy Doll, the stunning winner, was a sight to behold. We need to see more of Suzy.
