John's promised to send me some notes to go with these photos! I think the evening was to mark them handing over a cheque for £100 to Pride in Brighton & Hove... money raised from their performance a few months ago. REALBrighton arrived as they took to the stage for a few numbers... as for you lot having to watch the karaoke screens for the words to "You raise me up" - I'll excuse you on the grounds of alcohol consumption... just!
Anyway - more details to follow with luck! In the meantime, well done boys!

Bh(a)GMC have just had their 1st Brithday!
From our shakey beginnings last year, when there would be just five or six people at rehearsal, we're now a 20+ Chorus!
Our success culminated in our performance for Pride at St Andrew's Church in Hove. From this show alone, we were able to donate £400 to charity, including Pride, so we thought it would be nice to give it to them at our party.
The party was great, and I have to thank all the chorus members for their commitment and hard work, and also to those who continue to support us.
We're looking forward to an even more productive year, keep an eye on the Brighton & Hove (actually) Gay Men's Chorus profile on REALBrighton for details of our next performance!
