Scene 22, Café 22 and now The Hub! The new name perfectly reflects the fact that this venue has long been a meeting place and focal point for scene information in Brighton. The name change also marks another significant transition... the granting of an alcohol licence! This means that you can now order a brandy with that coffee, as well as a selection of other spirits, wine and even draught Heineken!

For me, one of the coolest reasons to check out this new bar is their draught-Guinness-from-a-can machine... you pour out the Guinness into a pint glass, set it down on the magic coaster and press the button... ultrasonic vibrations activate the nitrogen in the beer to give you a 100% perfect Guinness head! Ingenious and well worth ordering if only to see it in action!

Just as before, The Hub is also the place to stop in for snacks, sandwiches, biscuits, delicious coffee and freshly squeezed juice. And just as before, The Hub also hosts the REALBrighton Internet Point at the back... you can peruse your favourite websites in comfort and safety whilst enjoying your favourite beverage! As far as we know, it's the only licensed internet café in Brighton! Gottaloveit!
