Laughter is the best medicine...
review
This Sunday’s line-up for Bent Double at the Komedia was a fantastic mix of experienced stand-ups alongside a show-cased newcomer. We were treated to four great comedians, all introduced by the excellent host, Zoe Lyons, who also kept the crowd warmed up on a cold February night.
Braving travel conditions that proved the ‘show must go on’, Mary Bourke, Jonathon Mayor and Steven K Amos made it to Brighton to make sure that the packed house kept laughing, while local newcomer Roisin Le Bourhis tried out her new material on the welcoming audience.
If you get that end-of-weekend, Monday’s looming feeling on the first Sunday of the month, then head to the Komedia on Bond Street for a dose of blues-beating comedy.
Keep an eye on our listings for details of the next Bent Double - or check the Komedia's website.
