Out To Swim bar crawl...
review
Some of the brave chaps from www.outtoswim.org decided to promote the Brighton branch of the lesbian and gay swimming club, by doing a bit of a bar crawl - in their speedos!
Luckily the weather was with them. They painted their bodies and pumped their biceps before taking to the streets. The whole of Wagamammas looked up from their meals, noodles still dangling from their mouths, and followed the boys with their eyes as they walked past.
We started at Vavoom Video Bar, followed swiftly by the R-Bar. By the time we got to The Star Inn it was definitely time for a drink. Charles Street Bar hadn't been on the agenda but they couldn't resist a bunch of lads in lycra!
More drinks were needed at the Amsterdam Bar & Bistro, and even more at Legends Bar. It's amazing how people can hold a perfectly reasonable conversation whilst staring at your crotch ;-)
An unsuccessful attempt to get into Dr Brighton's brought the boys into dangerous territory, with lagered-up ladies trying to rip their trunks off. Hilarious. They loved it of course!
After a circuit round the Ghetto Brighton (formerly Candy Bar) trying to persuade some punters to join, they called it a night in the Bulldog, finally putting their pants back on!
