Brighton Drag Idol...
review
Tonight was Brighton's turn to show off it's drag talent in this Brighton heat of Drag Idol.
Entrants were perhaps small in number, but most certainly made up for it in personality - as they battled for the coveted place in the final, to be held at London Pride on 30th June.
The judging panel consisted of Craig from The Fountain Inn, Russell from The Star Inn, Chris from Charles Street Club and our very own James from REALBrighton.com.
Hosted by the very delectable Billie, ably assisted by Gabbi, of Bliss, the contestants were put through their paces before receiving comments from the Judging Panel.
First up was the unsubtly named Jenny Taylier, followed by Connie Conway and then bringing up the rear was Mary Hinge.
After much debate, Connie Conway was chosen to represent Brighton in the final.
