review

Quite possibly one of the most suave 'venues’ to have a secret gig brought to us by quite possibly one of the most talented groups of the weekend. It came in the form of London based three piece The Noisettes looking out from the Theatre Royal balcony. A short but very sweet set comprising of classics Don't Give Up listen with itunes and Sister Rosetta listen with itunes as the high points.

The only problem with such a ‘venue’ for a gig was obviously acoustics and difficulty in seeing the band. All that could be seen from drummer Jamie was a flash of his wild hair from time to time as he bashed away on his bongo’s.

Playing later on in the evening at an officially announced gig at the Beach they were certain to have attracted even more people to attend their second performance of the day.
