review

Tonight was the Star Inn's inaugural Speed Dating for Bears event which saw a host of beefy, hairy men's men getting down to some serious conversation - there was even a girl datee too (that's Equality for you...)

Trudi Styles presided over the event as each couple spent a minute with each other, marking down on personality, looks and whether the date ended there. After the minute was up, Tina Tamberine (welcome to the world of Trudi Styles) was given a good shake and one half of the couple moved along to the next table.

We'll keep our eyes and ears open to find out if we have to go and buy a hat - but the evening was incredible fun with everybody entering into the spirit of it all. Such a great evening in fact, that plans are afoot for the next one!
