Happy Birthday Tony B!...
review
Charles Street was the setting for another irreverent helping of Mad Cow and Religion on Thursday night.
The night goes something like this: You pays your pound at the door (which goes to charity) and stroll up to the bar for some £1.25 drinks to get you in the party mood. With the smoking ban in place it wasn't a great surprise to find that the terrace was packed with smokers and their friends - apparently all those pledges to give up on July 1st are taking a while to kick in!
At half ten the door to the club was opened up and the Religion team provided top tunes through until the small hours upstairs. Fabulous new drapes, crosses and decor hung from the ceiling (complete with a bit of Ben's blood if you looked carefully... be CAREFUL with those scissors!), and birthday boy DJ Tony B played the tunes that kept us on the dancefloor all night long as usual!

Thanks again to all the Religion team and all our loyal customers. Can't believe we were packed out in the middle of the month.
You can all expect lots more of Religion having 2 floors. It worked really well and from the feedback you all seem to agree.
All of the Religion team would like to wish everyone a Happy Pride and if we don't see you at the Zeus party on the 2nd of August for two floors of Religion mania we will see you all at Ministry of Sound Vs Religion at Concorde 2 on the 3rd of August!
