A Gay Outing...
review
Charleston Farm House in Firle presented a Gay Outing with a chance to wander round the calm and tranquility of the gardens, explore the house.
The evening also featured a presentation by art historian Simon Watney discussing the significance of the recently acquired Vanessa Bell piece, Iceland Poppies, and the relationships forged within the Bloomsbury Group.
Later, producer and screenwriter, Derek Granger (Brideshead Revisited, A Handful of Dust, Coronation Street), delivered an entertaining insight into the adaptation and filming of E.M. Forster's Where Angels Fear To Tread.
