Rupert & Connie's Airways...
review
We'd heard rumblings across the airways of a new Friday night radio show on Brighton's community station, Radio Reverb, starring our very own Rupert & Connie Conway (of Charles Street fame). Of course, just listening to the show is all very well, but in order not to just come up with a photo of our very own mock-antique wireless set, we decided to pop down to see them in the studio.
Not satisfied with Sam brandishing his camera, Rupe and Connie swifly affixed a pair of cans to his ears and had him taking part in the actual programme too (he's suuuch a media hooo-er!). I was busy listening from the comparative safety of my car...
For those of you who haven't yet twiddled your knobs to hear the dulcet tones of the Charles Street Fairylea two, then catch then on www.radioreverb.com at 9pm every Friday - or keep an eye out for the forthcoming podcasts and live broadcasts!
