A very Brighton Sunday...
review
One of the beauties of a Sunday afternoon in Brighton is the huge variety... of variety! An afternoon moving between the cabaret venues is an afternoon well spent and is bound to put a smile on your face.
We kicked off in Legends Bar with its gorgeous location looking outward to the see, and with the fabulous Sandra taking to the stage. She quickly had the the place rocking with laughter as she always does. We went on to catch the Boy George Experience and Davina Sparkle over at the Queen's Arms, then on to the R-Bar to see Miss Hap, then before heading home we popped up to The Zone to see Wilma Fingadoo!

Just a stone's throw from the pier and right in the middle of it all, R-Bar is a spacious, relaxing place to meet at any time of day, with plenty of opportunity for people-watching. Recently taken over by Revenge, it is perfectly placed for pre-club drinking. The next R-Bar date for your diary:

about Queen's Arms
|
As brash and unashamed as a pair of Pat Butcher’s earrings, the Queen’s Arms is the matriarch of gay pubs, delving into her handbag every night of the week to serve up a big, camp portion of live entertainment, special events and karaoke. The next Queen's Arms date for your diary:
Saturday, 17th May
Saturday Afternoon "Live" Entertainment

about The Zone
|
Looking out onto St James' Street, in the heart of Brighton's gay quarter is The Zone. Squishy sofas, a regular local clientele and entertainment throughout the week gives this bar a true flavour of Brighton. It's a great place to meet new friends, put the world to rights or just sit back and watch the world go by. The next Zone date for your diary:
Friday, 16th May
Cabaret with Tony Page
