Post-sleaze Rebel...
review
It's a dangerous thing to follow a big clubnight with... well, another big clubnight! Especially on a bank holiday when there's no school in the morning...
Tonight's superstar early-hour DJs included a warm-up set from the multi-handbag winning (!) Dulcie Danger, a slightly tougher set that went down a storm from DJ Jon Byrne, and serving up his one-year anniversary Rebel set taking us to the finish line - DJ Jonny!
Digital is a gorgeous place for a party - and the post-Fruit crowd did it proud right up until the sun was streaming in and the bank holiday crowds had already started making their way down to the beach to catch the morning rays...
According to Radio Reverb I staggered home at around 7am. You can't move in this city without it being all over the radio you know!

about Wild Fruit
|
The monthly Wild Fruit is undoubtedly one of Brighton's clubbing institutions. Always glamorous, always packed and always great music from resident DJs Pete Haywood, Neil Duffie and friends. The night is often punctuated with stage acts, muscly dancers, regular live big name PAs and guest DJs such as local superstar DJ Norman Cook... it's NEVER a dull party! Next for Wild Fruit this Saturday: Monkey returns! @ Kooklub
