This year sees the second Dave Lynn Cabaret Academy in Brighton with 8 new acts honing and perfecting their acts in readiness for two showcase performances in November with an Industry Showcase on Tuesday 4th November 2008.

The public will all be invited along to see this great group of drag queens and vocalists on Tuesday 11th November - so keep your eyes out for the listing and booking details. Both nights will be fundraising for The Sussex Beacon.

The students have been working with a team that includes Andrew Stark, the man behind Pat Cruise and Dolly Partem, Rupert Ellick (DJ and Sound Engineer) and of course Dave Lynn. They have also had the unique opportunity to glean business advice from both Andrew and Dave's managers and the Cabaret Academy is also sponsored by REALBrighton.com - who have photographed more cabaret than perhaps anyone else in the world!
