The newly revamped Zone bar celebrated its first New Year's Eve party in style. The bar was packed with revellers - both regulars and visitors all out for a good time and to see in the new year with gusto. The fabulous Lady James was the cabaret for the evening and kept us all entertained from nine until well into 2009.

Some arrived in fancy dress, some all the way from Los Angeles and others from just across the road... but all with one thing in mind: to enjoy themselves. The evening passed with nothing but fun and lots to drink and we met friends old and new and at the end of the night everybody drifted off to wherever to wake with a heavy heart (and head) on January 1st 2009.
