This year's parade was a sell-out success, with all of the 55 places available snapped up a long time before the event. Unlike last year the weather was kind to us... other than a fine sprinlking towards the end of the parade and a few soakings from water pistols we stayed pretty dry, with the sun even breaking through from time to time. Huge numbers gathered around the start of the route down on the seafront, and tens of thousands lined the route around the clocktower and past the pavilion as the floats and walking groups made their way to the park.
REALBrighton wound its way along the route grabbing photos and raising a few smiles along the way... Mr Tinker's white, scantily clad body slow-motion running through the crowd a-la Baywatch certainly raised a few eyebrows! Hoorah!
