Despite its disappearance earlier this year, Dynamite Boogaloo still attracted a massive crowd, hungry for sh!t lips, creamy fingers and a penny up the crack! It was a bit emotional as the dynamic duo Dynamite Sal and Boogaloo Stu joined forces again for one more time.
The Open House was at capacity by 5pm, two hours before its official opening, as those in the know sheltered for from the rain at the closest party from the park. Boogaloo Stu came dressed in a ridiculous ruffled fluorescent sheer mesh clown suit that left nothing to the imagination as his juggling balls bounced with the beat.
Stu opened up his badge boutique, giving us the opportunity to flick through his vintage wank rag collection choosing anything obscene that would fit on a badge. Dolly Rocket, Size Zero Albino, Cherry Shakewell and Team Mud headed the Cabaret upstairs whilst Dynamite Sal rocked the decks in the lower room.
Rocked is probably an understatement – it was like a scene from Coyote Ugly. Soda pumps were firing, bar staff were dancing on the bars, and the dance floor was insane as Sal played hit after hit until the early hours.
