The X Factor is back at Revenge for another season of fantastic Fridays! It's almost a good reason NOT to vote for your favourite so that you can see them the following week at Revenge, surely?!
Tonight it was the turn of four year veteran of the X Factor, 21 year old Rikki Loney and his infamous eyebrow to squeeze through the eager audience to the Revenge stage. And what a lovely, lovely boy he was! He sung a gaggle of gorgeous tunes to an ever increasingly wild crowd who literally couldn't keep their hands off him at times, and came across as the same utterly adorable down to earth lad that has been gracing our screens for the last few weeks.
Although there are many amongst us who thought there were far more obvious candidates for the bottom two (we obviously have to be careful what we say here in case we find ourselves face to face with the next lot at Revenge next week... eek!) - he has at least finally got the huge exposure of having been seen by millions on one of the top TV shows in the UK.
And another coup for Revenge too... fantastic that they'll be hosting another eight or nine weeks of X-Factor's finalists as they finish on the show. Leaving the TV show is, for most of them, the start of the next stage of their career - so it's an honour that one of the very first venues they play is Revenge.
So after his performance, Rikki hugged and kissed the Revenge X Factor VIPs upstairs, signed a slew of autographs behind the bar downstairs and, up in the dressing room when he finally sat down for a drink, told us that he had 47 gigs lined up over the next 28 days... that's one hard working boy!
Oh and yes, he's gay... and, yes... he's got a boyfriend of three years so those kisses were purely platonic, boys! And the spikey eyebrow is due to a little scar that makes the hair grow out strangely! There... I think that's all the questions I was supposed to ask him?!
loved it!
