Lady Sovereign, in case you'd failed to notice her on Celebrity Big Brother recently, is a self confessed bad-ass lesbian MC... and Brighton, it seems, just can't get enough of her!

Rarely has your trusty photographer seen as many screamy teens and hands in the air as when the Sov took to the stage in the early hours of Sunday morning! Security was having fun trying to keep the masses from their idol - who was dwarfed by the sheer size of the crowd.

She's not everyone's cup of tea... but that's half the point. There's a strange must-watchability about her when she's jumping around the stage sticking her finger up at her screaming fans and rapping at 100 miles an hour down her mic.

Up in the dressing room, where unusually Sov preferred to do a photo call after coming off stage so that she was sweaty and had a bit more attitude for the cameras, she was much friendlier than her on-stage persona, and even recorded a little video message in support of National Student Pride... which is just a few days away!
