With wristbands at the ready students from around the country started winding their way around some of Brighton's renowned gay bars in search of a warm welcome and perhaps the odd drink deal! Led by a merry band of volunteer stewards (it's a tough job, but someone's got to do it!) the groups propped up the bars in nine watering holes, creating mayhem wherever they went! Much chanting of drunken songs and merriment was had by all and thanks are due to all the patient bar staff in Brighton who looked after the rabble so well throughout the evening!
