The ground was wet but the skies were clearing and the sun threatening to poke through the clouds as Marine Parade was once again filled with purposeful people wielding gaffer tape, staple guns and cable ties... The floats and walking groups stretched from Brighton Pier to Eastbourne (or thereabouts it seemed) as the final preparations were made for the 2010 parade.
