Label Queen...
review Gone are the days where particular nights on the town were dominated by one venue. Thursdays are certainly no exception. I ventured into Revenge where they were showcasing their new night – Label Queen.Upstairs, I was pleasantly surprised to see the number of fun-seeking Brightonians all sporting their own individually numbered label. The format of the night is simple. If you spot someone you like, just note their number, and jot them a little note, and pop it into their hole on the specially made shag-tag table. Sandy Seabreeze was on hand for the evening, inviting all of us to plunge our hands deep into her bucket of lovehearts, before reciting to her what was printed on the sweet. Periodically throughout the evening Sandy would announce to the club who had messages waiting to be collected. This Roving Real Brighton Reporter was busy dancing, when my number was called out, off I went to find my admirer… The message read “To number 25, from 54, are you single? I hope so!" I spent the rest of the evening scouring the dancefloor for this mysterious lad, but unfortunately to no avail… The night was rounded off superbly with a whole lot of naked flesh provided by a top stripper. Number 54 - where are you?!
