The REALBrighton Float...
review h, what a BEAUTIFUL morning! Not a cloud in the sky and not a car on the road... but then it is 6am so it's hardly surprising.Even getting to the float a full five hours before the parade was due to start, it was still touch-and-go in a few places! We had a fan-bloody-tastic time though, so it was worth all the headache. A huge HUGE thankyou to everyone who helped bring this year's float together, but a special thankyou to Ritchie for being this year's float coordinator, and to Wilma who spent a week or so sitting in his field painting banners and records, amongst other things! And thankyou to every single person who decided to take a few hours out of their day to watch the parade go by... it was an amazing sight to see so many smiling faces and people waving in support.
