We Are Cheeky Girls!......
review
More than just a pretty face or two... these girls can wiggle their tushes and know just how to please a packed crowd of sweaty boys and girls. And okay, I admit it, I was enjoying myself... just a teeny bit.
I know. It's just SO uncool to enjoy a stage act that aren't even singing into their microphones. But after much deliberation I decide to go along with everyone else that's jumping around, and hand it to them. And to their mum. They make us smile. Their tunes may be self-confessed poptrash, but that doesn't mean they haven't found a niche.
The crowd is nodding along approvingly as what is evidently a Brand New Club Mix of "We Are Cheeky Girls" - expect to hear this one under many a disgruntled club dj's needle very soon. I'm awaiting full run-down of their set from REALBrighton Cheeky Girls fan Mr Tinker... but in the meantime do, please, enjoy the photos!
Top Lola line of the night when bringing the girls on stage: "I hate introducing thin people... these two girls are so thin they arrived here by fax machine."

about Revenge

If Brighton is widely regarded as the gay capital of the UK, then Revenge is its Big Gay Cathedral. A whopping two floors of a club, giving you a choice of music music, decor and people. And with both floors being so big you can stand and chat by the bar without having to scream at each other over the music. Sitting in the windows upstairs you can while away your time looking out over the Pier or ... The next Revenge date for your diary:
